If you are purchasing from a country within the European Union, you may benefit from additional consumer rights under the laws of your country.
Right to Withdraw
Unless an exception applies, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you can simply log into your Rebel Romance account and request a return through our self service returns portal before the withdrawal period expires. If you are unable to access your account, or would prefer to contact us directly, you can email us at hello@rebelromance.co.uk.
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you will have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
You may inspect and try on your items as you would in a physical shop to establish their nature, characteristics and fit. However, if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for this purpose and its value has been reduced, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund where permitted by applicable law.
Unless the goods are faulty, not as described, or we have made an error, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Exceptions
The right to withdraw may not apply to certain products, including:
• Personalised or made to order items.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Digital products or gift cards where applicable.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
Returns
We offer a generous 60 day voluntary returns policy from the date your order is delivered. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Our extended 60 day returns policy is designed to give our customers, particularly those ordering internationally, plenty of time to return unwanted items while helping to reduce unnecessary repeat shipments.
Items returned after 60 days are not eligible for a refund under our voluntary returns policy. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
If you purchased your item from one of our lovely stockists, please contact the retailer directly, as they will handle your return in accordance with their own returns policy.
