Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

Returns

Please return the unsuitable item(s) back to us with a note containing:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for returning
  • Your exchange or refund request

We can exchange items for you, but they must be the same item in a different size. If you wish to change to a different design or item please return for a refund and reorder the new item. Please state this clearly when returning the item to us.

Refunded items will go back onto the original payment method. As with all refunds it can take up to five working days to hit your account, this is due to the banks and not us. Paypal payments normally go back very quickly.

Returns & Refunds

Please note due to people returning items in a unfit manner we have had to implement new policies to cover ourselves as a small business.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and in the original protective packaging provided.

  • Returns that arrive damaged, stained, with strong odours, or otherwise unsellable will not be eligible for an exchange.

  • If a refund is agreed upon for a return that does not meet these standards, we reserve the right to deduct a £10 cleaning and restoration fee from the refund amount.

  • A £5 repackaging fee will be applied if the original protective bag or packaging is not returned with the item.

  • These adjustments are in line with UK and EU consumer law, which allows businesses to make deductions when items are returned in a condition beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We highly recommend using a tracked service to ensure the return isn’t lost in transit.

Once the order arrives back with us for inspection our team will process your return within 5 working days.

For international exchanges, we kindly ask customers to cover the cost of re-shipping. As a small independent business, we aren’t able to absorb these postage costs, so a re-posting fee equal to the original shipping charge will apply when sending out your requested exchange size. This keeps things fair and transparent while allowing us to continue offering exchanges worldwide.

Please note this policy is in line with UK and EU consumer law, which permits businesses to pass on reasonable delivery costs for exchanges.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a new separate purchase for the new item. Please note we will not be able to cover postage if this method is chosen.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and in the original protective packaging provided.

  • Returns that arrive damaged, stained, with strong odours, or otherwise unsellable will not be eligible for an exchange or a full refund.

  • If your item does not meet the standard we expect you will be refunded minus the cleaning fee and must reorder if you still would like the order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have paid by gift card it will automatically be credited back onto the gift card. If you have paid with more than one payment method including gift card it will automatically go to the gift card first. Please let us know if you would like it to go to the other payment method. We can only refund the total amount paid by the other payment method so if the full amount isn't reached the remaining will still be returned to the gift card.

Additional useful info 

Goods that are returned to us and are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for a refund. 

Discounted items are fine to return in the normal 60 days return window.

Items purchased as part of an offer, ie "buy 2 get 1 free" etc must be returned in full to be eligible for a full refund. 

Items purchased as part of samples sales are final and non refundable.
