Your rewards dashboard provides a complete overview of your points balance, tier status, and available benefits. Visit the "Rewards" section to view your points history, redeem rewards, or check your progress towards the next tier level.

Advancing through our VIP tiers is simple: earn points through purchases and program activities. Each tier has specific point requirements, and your progress is clearly displayed in your rewards dashboard. The more you engage with our program, the faster you'll unlock premium benefits.

Your points will expire after 12 months of no activity in earning or redeeming points.

Your points will automatically be deducted from your pending purchase points, and any remaining points will be added 30 days after fulfilment in line with our returns policy.

Points will only be awarded for any payments made without a gift card. If you place an order for £40 with a £25 gift card, 15 points will be added to your balance.

The points accrued from your initial purchase will still be returned to your account however any points redeemed as part of the discounted purchase will not be returned.

Tier placement is based on points earned within the past 12 months, not your total points balance. That means even if your current points are high, your tier reflects your recent activity over the last year.

Head to the referral page and enter one or multiple of your friends email addresses you wish to refer.

Your friend will receive a 10% off their first order of £50 or more (must be their first purchase).

Once they have made their purchase, you'll receive £5 for each referral.
