We use Royal Mail for UK orders sent directly from our warehouse in Brighton (well Hove actually) with a few options of Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or untracked Letters for smaller orders. Tracked 48 is a flat rate cost of £3.55. Orders over £50 have free shipping with Tracked 48.
Most are sent the same or next working day if ordered after 4pm. Our small warehouse team operates Monday - Friday, any orders placed after 12pm on Friday maybe dispatched the following Monday morning depending on what time the postie arrives.
International rate is variable depending on the service and the country selected. You will have a range of options at checkout.
We’ve recently updated how we ship to the US to make things smoother for you.
All US orders are now dispatched via Royal Mail with a tariffs pre-paid label. This means you won’t be contacted by a courier asking for further unexpected and higher fees, and it also helps prevent parcels being returned if tariff emails go missing.
To cover these tariff costs, there may be an additional charge on top of the shipping fees you pay at checkout. We’ll always email you before dispatch to confirm this and ask if you’d like us to raise an invoice. If you’d rather not go ahead, no problem, we can cancel and refund your order instead.

Tariff fees vary depending on your order value and the type of items purchased (our clothing is made in India, while other items are made in the UK).

If you choose not to pay the additional fee, we unfortunately cannot send your parcel.

If you reject a delivery and it is returned to us, we can refund the cost of the items only. Shipping costs are non-refundable, as we pay these upfront and do not get them back.
We understand US customs charges can be expensive, and we’ll always do our best to keep you informed so there are no surprises.
Please note we do stop international orders at £299 as this is to protect us and yourself as a small business as if the item is lost the insurance only covers up to this amount. If you would like to order more than this then please split your order.
We cannot accept orders to PO BOXES.
- Please be aware VAT and import charges are the customers responsibility, these may be charged by countries outside of the UK and we have no control over this.
- We do not cover the cost of import taxes.
Please when returning items always include a note with your name, order number and reason for return so we can process everything as quickly as possible for you.

Refunded items will go back onto the original payment method. As with all refunds it can take up to five working days to hit your account, this is due to the banks and not us.
If you have paid by gift card it will automatically be credited back onto the gift card. If you have paid with more than one payment method including gift card it will automatically go to the gift card first. Please let us know if you would like it to go to the other payment method. We can only refund the total amount paid by the other payment method so if the full amount isn't reached the remaining will still be returned to the gift card.
