Rebel Romance is a small, inclusive fashion and lifestyle brand celebrating people who embrace the extraordinary. We design our own ethical, size inclusive clothing and carefully curate a collection of alternative gifts, homeware and accessories from brilliant independent artists and brands. We're looking for someone to help us grow our online community through creativity rather than relying on paid advertising.
What you'll be doing
✨ Creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
✨ Filming and editing short form videos, Reels and TikToks
✨ Going live across our social channels and becoming one of the faces of Rebel Romance
✨ Coming up with fresh, creative ideas for organic content that people genuinely want to watch and share
✨ Writing captions and scheduling social media posts
✨ Replying to customer comments and messages in a friendly, helpful way
✨ Keeping up with trends while staying true to our brand personality
✨ Occasionally helping out at events, markets and pop ups
✨ Helping with deliveries and other day to day warehouse tasks when needed
✨ Working closely with our small team to support the business wherever needed

The role
📍 Based in Portslade
🗓 Starting at 3 days per week
📅 Monday to Friday working week
🕙 Office hours are 10am to 5pm
☕ One hour paid lunch break
🤝 Flexible on which weekdays you work
💷 Salary negotiable depending on experience and the right fit for our team
